Actively promote employee participation in measures aimed at improving Quality, Food Safety, Safety, Health, and protection of the Environment.
Ensure adherence to documented operating procedures and audit performance through a system of internal verification and external certification under ISO 14001, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, and NOSA Integrated Five Star System.
Continuously review and identify aspects and hazards of our activities, and evaluate impacts and risks, relevant mandatory rules, the status of legal compliance, industry codes and guidelines and hence use the SHEQ Policy as a framework for setting objectives and targets to enable the continual improvement, suitability, and effectiveness of the Management System.
Maintain Occupational Health Services, which are appropriate to the company's activities and contribute to the physical and mental well-being of our employees and their families.
Work in co-operation with neighbours, industry, Government, Traditional Authorities, suppliers, contractors, and customers to promote responsible environmental care.
